Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all AI services, websites, and apps provided by CLONAME, FITHZERO LLC. By using our products, you agree to the Refund Terms outlined below.

Eligibility for Refunds

7-Day Window: Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase. Beyond this period, refunds are only issued if there is a reasonable justification (e.g., proof demonstration of a technical error or failure with any of our services).

Used Credits: Refunds are not provided for credits that have already been used.

Partial Refunds: If the service was partially used, any refund is determined by the number of remaining credits in your account, any credits remaining will be voided after the refund has been initiated. Compute resources are expended to provide all AI services, hence only partial refunds may be granted. Full refunds are only made to accounts that have not used any credits and fall under the 7-Day window.

Cancellation

Cancellation of your subscription is effective immediately. However, cancellation itself does not trigger a refund and you will keep your remaining credits, credits expire after 1 year. If you believe you qualify for a partial refund, please contact support within 7 days of purchase or your last transaction.

Refund Process

Payment Method: Approved refunds are processed to the same method used for the original payment.

Processing Time: Once approved, refunds generally take 3–10 business days to appear in your bank, depending on your payment provider.
